Getting started with Techfleet Sync
Last updated: April 2025
Techfleet Sync is an inventory management and commerce synchronization platform built for device resellers. It replaces stale spreadsheets and emailed price lists with always-live buyer storefronts, real-time channel sync, and IMEI-level inventory tracking.
What you can do with Techfleet Sync
- Import your device inventory from CSV, Google Sheets, or Shopify
- Track every unit by IMEI, grade, battery health, and condition
- Create shareable buyer links — always-live, no login required for buyers
- Sync listings automatically to eBay, Back Market, Walmart, and more
- Accept card payments inline on your buyer storefront
- Use AI to look up market prices and reprice your catalog
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up at sync.techfleet.dev. You'll receive 100 free credits instantly — no credit card required. Credits power AI features; all core features (import, storefronts, channel sync) are always free.
Step 2: Import your inventory
Go to Inventory → Import. You can upload a CSV, connect a Google Sheet, or sync from Shopify. Techfleet Sync's AI auto-detects your column structure and maps fields automatically.
Step 3: Create a buyer link
Go to Buyers → Create Link. Give it a name, set an optional margin %, and share the URL. Your buyer sees a live storefront with current prices — no login, no PDF.
Step 4: Connect a sales channel (optional)
Go to Channels → Add Channel. Connect eBay, Back Market, Shopify, or another marketplace. Once connected, inventory updates push automatically within 1 second of any change.
Not sure where to start? Most merchants import inventory first, then create their first buyer link — it takes under 5 minutes.
