Techfleet Sync watches your inventory for changes and pushes updates to all connected channels within 1 second. One price change — every marketplace updates automatically.
How sync works
- You update a price, stock count, or listing in Techfleet Sync
- The change is detected immediately
- An update job is queued for each connected channel
- Each channel's API is called — update confirmed within 1 second
Sync log
Every sync event is logged in the Sync Log dashboard. You can see what changed, when, which channels were updated, and any errors.
Handling sold units
When a unit sells on any channel, Techfleet Sync marks it as sold and decrements stock across all other channels automatically, preventing overselling.
WARNING
Channel sync requires a live API connection to each marketplace. If your API credentials expire or are revoked, sync will pause and you'll receive an alert.
