Techfleet Payments fees & payouts

Techfleet Payments charges a combined fee of ~3.4% + 30¢ per transaction (0.5% Techfleet platform fee + 2.9% + 30¢ card processing). Offline methods are free.

Payout timing

Funds are deposited to your connected bank account on Stripe's standard rolling basis — typically 2 business days after a payment is captured. The exact timing depends on your bank.

Viewing your balance and payouts

1. Go to Settings → Techfleet Payments
2. The Payouts section shows your current balance and payout history
3. You can also see the bank account on file and change it from here

Refunds

Issue refunds from the Orders dashboard. Click the Refund button on any paid order. The buyer receives their funds in 5–10 business days. Stripe's card processing fee is not refunded to you — only the Techfleet 0.5% fee is waived on refunds.
